The children at KCDC are the most important part of the program. The staff is viewed as partners with the parents in providing the highest quality care and instruction as possible. KCDC takes the following precautions to ensure children’s safety:
- Maintaining proper state ratios between children and adults at all times.
- CPR and First Aid training for the staff.
- Criminal and background checks on all staff.
